1. Return Conditions

Wrong or Incorrect Item

If the item you receive is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After verification, we will arrange either a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.


Returns for Personal Preference

If you change your mind or feel the product is not suitable, you may request a return within 7 days after delivery.

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Remain in original condition
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

In such cases, return shipping costs are generally covered by the customer unless the issue is caused by us.


2. Refund Policy

Lost Packages

If your order is officially confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer either a replacement shipment or a full refund, based on your preference.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Clear photos or videos are required for review. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.


3. Exchanges

If you would like to change the size, color, or style, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. In most cases, shipping costs for exchange orders may apply.


4. Return Requirements

To ensure a successful return or exchange, please make sure:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in resellable condition
  • All original tags and packaging are included
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is provided

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged intentionally
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
